Choose all topics related to a trend – or customize your analysis by choosing individual topics within each group.

Step 2: Select the Benchmarking Criteria
The MetLife Benefits Benchmarking Tool enables you to benchmark according to your needs by choosing from among several criteria related to either employer-specific characteristics, such as region, industry or company type, or employee-specific characteristics, such as life stage or household income.

Benchmarking topics against these criteria provides insights into the expectations and behaviors inherent to a particular demographic. For instance, what are the most important benefits objectives of companies within an industry? What benefits do Generation X employees say are most important?

Step 3: View Your Charts
The results page provides access to all the charts relevant to the topics and criteria you selected.
