MetLife’s 2010 Supplemental Compensation Plan (the “2010 Plan”) is designed to compensate brokers for selling suitable MetLife group products to their clients. MetLife has reviewed its 2010 Plan and in accordance with the terms of the 2010 Plan is making the following amendments, which are effective immediately:

  1. A broker with inforce premium greater than fifty million dollars may only qualify for Supplemental Compensation based on New Business Premium.


  2. MetLife reserves the right to refuse to include any group product issued by MetLife in its 2010 Plan for qualification or payment purposes.
